Filming our Trailer

We have decided that we will be filming our trailer on the 26th of January; Emily and I will be going to our selected location and spending the day there making sure all of the shots are accurate and steady.
We will post some of the shots when we begin editing our trailer; we will also create an open viewing to get some feedback from our target audience. We will do this to ensure that our trailer is appropriate and to make any improvements we need to.

We will need to ensure we have everything we need, these include:
- Our Storyboard
- Actors with their costumes:
Zoe: Jeans, Shirt, cardigan and scarf
Emily: Coat, and Jeans
Nadia: Jeans, jumper, top, and scarf
Helen: hoody and Jeans
Killer: All dark clothing.

- Camera
- Tripod
- Digital Camera
- Chessboard and red paint
- All Props

Beginning to shoot and test shots

Emily and I went to our location to get some tester shots on the 18th of December; we had limited equipment therefore had no tripod. When watching them back a lot of the shots were shaky as we had to hand hold the camera. This has made us aware that when we come to capturing our final shots for our trailer it is essential we have a tripod to ensure the shot are still and accurate.
We also practiced with the zoom button on the camera, however we did not like the effect it created therefore we will try not to use the zoom in our final trailer.

StoryBoards

The following shows the storyboard for how we are hoping our trailer to turn out.
This is subject to change, due to the fact that when we get to our location we may have some more creative and original ideas.
After going to our location without a storyboard it was difficult to come up with ideas, and a stucture for our trailer.(please enable "fullscreen" to read):
